Payment

My fee is $225 per 45-minute session and is reviewed annually.

Payment is due at the time of service by credit card, HSA/FSA card, or bank transfer. I provide receipts/superbills you may submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.

I do not bill insurance. Many plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network psychotherapy. If you plan to submit claims, ask your insurer:

• What is my out-of-network benefit for psychotherapy (CPT 90834/90837)?
• What is my deductible and how much remains?
• What percentage is reimbursed after the deductible?
• How do I submit claims?

Missed Sessions / Cancellations

In analytic work, your appointment time is reserved for you whether or not you attend. I do not maintain a standard “cancellation” policy; missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions are billed in full. (We will discuss planned breaks in advance.)
