My Practice
I offer a high-attention, depth-oriented psychoanalytic practice.
People come to me when life works on the surface but something keeps repeating—especially in love, work, or creative life. We move at a steady, thoughtful pace so that change can hold.
Who I work with
Therapists & clinicians seeking their own treatment or reflective consultation
Writers & creatives tending to the emotional life of their work—blocks, ambition, voice, exposure
Thoughtful professionals ready to examine what repeats and what can finally change
Survivors of sexual abuse & complex trauma who want to work at a steady, thoughtful pace with clear boundaries.
Common themes include the aftereffects of early trauma and complex relationships—perfectionism, people-pleasing (fawning), codependency, shame, and the private loneliness beneath competence. My work is grounded in empathy and analytic curiosity: an exploration of what has been protective, what now constrains, and what might become possible.
All genders and identities are welcome; I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and respectful of diverse relationship structures.
